Deluxe Cleaning Services

1. Agreement/consideration: Provider will provide cleaning services depending on the choice as noted in the schedule and descriptions showed in Exhibit A. Client will pay the Provider for cleaning services and extra charges in accordance with the payment plan and schedule detailed in points 3 and 7.

2. Length of Contract: This contract will be valid and in effect for a period of 6 or 12 months. If the contract is terminated prior to this date, it must be terminated in accordance with the notice terms in this contract as detailed in point 10. This not apply for one time cleaning.

3. Schedule: Provider will execute services based in the Client’s schedule, Provider will send an Enlace to the Client with the schedule available, Client must select the day and time that best suits. The Client must do it 48 hours before the service.

4. Products Included/Additional costs- Provider will bring and use high quality cleaning products of their choice as needed to properly execute cleaning duties. The cleaning products used are included in the price included in the contract.  Certain items including waste bags, garbage bags, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper and other paper products must be provided by Client and must be available and accessible to Provider at the time Provider executes cleaning services.  ***If Client desires the Provider to use a particular product that is not the regular product used by the Provider, Client must provide the product or products in the necessary quantities and Provider must agree to use this product at least 8 days prior to next service date.

Additional costs may be incurred for any additional service above and beyond the services described in this contract.   Client will ask Provider if Provider is able to provide additional service and agrees to be billed for additional costs.  Additional services will be added to the next invoice and will be due 10 days after invoice date.

5. Access:

The Client agrees to provide the Contractor with the necessary access to the Property, and to all areas of the Property scheduled to be cleaned as defined under Exhibit A, at the scheduled date(s) and time(s). Client’s failure to allow Provider with physical access to the premises in any way does not excuse Client from obligation to pay as per contract.

6. Warranty and Reschedules:

• The Client has a warranty for any item that wasn’t cleaned in the service, Client should let provider know 24 hours after service and provider should come back to make sure the cleaning is done.
• If Customer needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required. Notice must be made by telephone and confirmed in writing. If the Client does not notify at least twenty-four (24) hours, there will be a charge of 10% of the amount of the canceled cleaning.

7. Payment: Client will pay provider during the next 6 or 12 months based on the services selected (packages), for one time cleaning the client will pay provider immediately after cleaning is done.  Provider agrees to provide services as described in the Exhibit A below.  Provider will send a monthly invoice to Client for services rendered and any additional costs and Client will pay the monthly invoice in full, with in 10 days of invoice date.  Client will pay invoice using a Direct Deposit by Jobber.

-Client agrees that for the late payment will be charged 18% of 1 month invoice. 

8. Insurance and Responsibility:

• Client agrees to inform any damage or any issue within 24 hours after the service.

9. Force Majeure: Contractor and any of its employees or agents shall not be in breach of this Cleaning Services Agreement for any delay or failure in performance caused by reasons out of its reasonable This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God or a public enemy; natural calamities; failure of a third party to perform; changes in the laws or regulations; actions of any civil, military, or regulatory authority; power outage or other disruptions of communication methods or any other cause which would be out of the reasonable control of the Contractor.

10. Termination of contract/reimbursement:
    1. Client may terminate this contract at any time if Provider fails to provide services as described in this contract or otherwise breaches the contract provided Client has provided Provider with notice of alleged breach and allows Provider 15 days to remedy breach. Client may otherwise terminate this contract for any reason provided Client gives Provider written notice of contract termination at least ninety days prior to date of termination.  If Client fails to provide written notice at least ninety days before desired termination date, then Client will be responsible for payment in accordance with this agreement for ninety days from date of notice. 
    2. Provider may terminate the contract for any failure of Client to perform in accordance with the contract including failure to pay Provider as agreed upon in this contract or in case of a rejected payment or bounced check. Provider may terminate this agreement for any reason as long as Provider gives Client written notices prior to termination date.

11. Confidentiality: Provider and Client understand and agrees that professional confidentiality is important and respects the confidentiality of the other and any documents and information that may be inadvertently viewed during cleaning.  Provider and Client agree to not disclose any information acquired during performance of duties.

12. Contract Renewal: This Contract shall automatically renew under the terms specified herein for a period equal to the initial period on the expiration of the current term unless either party notifies the other in writing at least thirty days prior to the expiration of the current term that this Contract shall not be renewed or that the party wishes to modify the terms.
